Duma Ndlovu, has been in this business for more than 35 years, he knows the ins and out of the entertainment industry and he has accomplished a lot and has had a lot of prestigious achievements  in this industry . That is why he is committed in refining the talent and skills of the upcoming actors and actresses. Duma Ndlovu Academy (DNA) for actor’s workshops, is a tutorial programme that serves as a bridging course between those who graduate from institutions of drama and the performing arts industry. . Despite his busy schedule he is sharing his experience of more than 35 years in developing 30 talented South African youth for a year.

JOBURG THEATRE

The Youth & Community Development Department at Joburg Theatre is mandated to provide structured & professional opportunities to aspirant artists and new audiences for in-depth development of the artistic skills and development of arts & culture within the community through its Space.Com venue. Joburg theatre is the home of Duma Ndlovu Acting Academy DNA, all the classes are conducted at the theater on weekly basis.

Duma Ndlovu Academy (DNA) for actor’s workshops is a training programme that serves as a bridging course between those who graduate from institutions of drama and the performing arts industry. The DNA classes are completely free all you must do is to audition with any published monologue of your choice at the beginning of the year only the best 30 candidates  will be selected for the DNA classes, the workshops run for a duration of one year and at the end of the pogramme students will be granted a recognizable certificate .
